On values, not just a licence. We look for people who take pride in their work, show up when they say they will, put safety ahead of shortcuts, and treat your site and your crew with respect. Experience matters, but attitude decides. If someone doesn't meet that standard we don't send them, whatever tickets they hold.
Yes. Every person we place is ours to answer for, whatever the trade. If someone isn't the right fit for your job, tell us and we'll sort it quickly and without fuss. You deal directly with people who know the work and take responsibility for it.
Anywhere the work is. We're based in NSW and crew jobs in every state and territory — city, regional and remote, mine sites, ports, wind farms and shutdowns. Flights, accommodation and living-away allowances are arranged as part of the placement, so a site a thousand kilometres away is no harder to crew than one down the road.
Rates depend on role, tickets, roster and location, agreed in writing before anyone mobilises — no surprises on the invoice. Ask us for a price →
